What I do...

I am an Inclusive Excellence Program Coordinator and educator at the University of South Carolina, dedicated to fostering inclusive and collaborative campus environments. I design and implement programs that support faculty, staff, and graduate students while advancing equity-focused practices across the institution.

In addition to coordinating initiatives, I regularly facilitate workshops and training sessions for faculty, staff, and graduate students, translating key concepts into practical strategies that strengthen teaching, mentorship, leadership, and workplace culture. Through this work, I aim to promote meaningful dialogue, professional growth, and sustainable institutional impact.

Program Development & Implementation

I design and coordinate inclusive excellence programs that support faculty, staff, and graduate students. From concept to execution, I ensure initiatives are strategically aligned, thoughtfully planned, and effectively delivered to advance institutional priorities.

Education & Workshop Facilitation

Assessment & Institutional Impact

I support data tracking, reporting, and evaluation efforts to measure program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement. Through assessment and collaboration, I help ensure initiatives create meaningful and sustainable impact.
